Inquisitive Felines and Fibers

Today I’d like to give a shout out to Nicky Epstein’s Knitting on the Edge. In addition to patterns for some very lovely items, Ms. Epstein gives us a delightful variety of edgings to knit on to everyday projects. I’ve knitted up a couple of very simple triangle scarves and jazzed them up with some of these wonderful embellishments. It is a joy to look at and a great way to inspire yourself to starting a new project for either yourself or a gift. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to step outside of their comfort zone in a manageable way and make their own unique pieces.
